.National Builder Sales Manager UK Gloucester, GB, GL3 4AGWhat are we looking for We are looking for this role at the national level to be responsible for strengthening our commercial relationship with developers and properties fundamentally through effective positioning of our products in this sector. The treatment, loyalty and customer orientation that we need to develop is key and is part of the main responsibilities of this role, establishing long-term plans with them, ensuring good service from our organization and taking care of the different commercial channels so that this is So.What you will do SALES- Develop and implement the strategy established by the company to increase sales of our products in Iberia within the section of developers and properties as the main client.- Develop, establish and grow relationships with your clients through follow-up that is not only based on calls, but also on visits, meetings and participation in events that also involve other agents involved in the projects and ensure a long-term relationship with them.- Proficiently manage the product portfolio to be able to transmit them to customers and use their competitive advantages to effectively position themselves in the Iberia market.CUSTOMER SERVICE- Be in contact with the developers and properties, with all those agents of change and decision-making in the projects to prioritize activities with them in the time that allows us to grow the business in this area, always using Salesforce as our monitoring tool, registration and reporting.- Communicate the advantages and launches to clients so that they can use them in different projects.- Collaborate with local, regional and national partners to take advantage of coordination to continue growing in accounts, projects and market penetration.- Be the key link between the company and the developers and properties, ensuring that the ideal conditions are met for the relationship to flow and have a positive return for both parties.BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE- Prepare action plans to identify potential clients and associated projects.- Work "hand in hand" with managers and the sales team to achieve coordinated and strategic work.- Support the achievement of annual sales indicators and actively participate in the marketing plan to achieve our objectives in Iberia.- Evaluate and participate in the necessary strategy to position our residential model relying on our stores.- Maintain and take care of relationships with clients, product positioning and project details, always using our database so that everything is consistent and updated (Sales Force CRM).- Execute and communicate marketing initiatives (e.G. issues related to rates, promotions and product changes).- Implement strategies to support new product lines and the continuity of existing ones that affect any part of the projects carried out.What you need to succeed KNOWLEDGERequired. 4+ years of sales experience in the developers and properties section.
