About the role Reporting to: Off trade Sales Director, Spain
Key Responsibilities: Leading internal & external performance reporting across the portfolioPartnering with Customer Activation to deliver against the activation plans within the customer and interpreting the return on investment associated with the execution; ensuring we continue to optimise our A&P investmentLeading the innovation/NPD agenda with regards to launching in storeCentral project support for category initiatives led by Category ManagersLeading the delivery of our cash performance objectives through analysis and audit of customer investment claims and communication with our credit control teamKey outcomes: Successful activation of high impact activity plans based on analysis and core insight into customer strategy, shoppers and consumersActivities within the agreed JBP (where applicable) are delivered with focus on 100% implementation to improve the return on investment to deliver the required brand and profit targetsDetailed tracking and analysis of financial performance ensuring targets are successfully reached through vital course correction as requiredActioning insights derived from the data to drive business performance.Business Performance Management: Determining the account level best view forecast submission in partnership with National Accounts ManagersCustomer Value chain management: Determining the best opportunities to manage cost and maximise value at an account levelResolution and closure of all customer claims and disputesAccurate and timely approval of rebates, invoice claims and deductionsActivation Investment: align on activation plan, prepare pre & post M&E and agree activity with customer - in partnership with National Account ManagersAbout you Top 3 leadership capabilities for this role: Win through execution Generate ideas grounded in a deep understanding of customer requirements and manage them through to successful executionEvaluate the impact of your activity plans to drive better results and incremental valueInspire Through Purpose Build and sustain trust and openness with others through strong cross-functional relationshipsDevelop strong relationships in each customer organisation.
