The platform will also create value by monetizing unique capabilities and services for our customers, aggregating, and delivering insights from unique data sets with external partners, and fostering end-customer relationships in alignment with brokers.AXA DCP aims to :Improve our underwriting pricing and claims capabilities across the commercial lines book of business of AXA GroupCreate a platform for risk management and prevention servicesBuild an ecosystem of business partners.This role consists in the monitoring of the capital management activities including investments, fundraising as well as managing the accounting, treasury and cash management with AXA XL Finance teams and in relation with AXA Group Finance.This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a great team directly involved in many cross-functional projects and initiatives.The position offers the opportunity to actively participate in the design and optimization of the capital management of AXA DCP.DISCOVER your opportunityWhat will your essential responsibilities includeResponsible for the assessment and monitoring of the investments and the fundraising in relation with AXA Group Finance.Manage, develop and monitor actively the accounting, treasury and cash management of AXA DCP on a regular basis along with AXA XL Finance teams.Participate actively to the capital allocation meetings.Preparation of commentaries reports and analyses for the CFO as well as for AXA XL Finance teams and AXA Group Finance.Ensure appropriate governance through procedures, and clear timelines, meeting internal and AXA XL deadlines.- Be an effective and trusted business partner by providing relevant data and information to enable AXA DCP Leadership Team taking decisions in terms of capital management.- Evaluate ways to improve use of capital and balance sheet optimizationYou will report to the Chief Financial Officer.SHARE your talentWe're looking for someone who has these abilities and skills :Master's degree in accounting or finance
