Join the revolution. ?What will you do?We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our Finance team. Part of your main responsibilities in this role will be:- Ensuring the accuracy of financial documents, as well as their compliance with relevant laws and regulations.Accurately prepare Holaluz financial accounts.Evaluating financial operations to recommend best-practices, identify issues and strategize solutions, and help organizations run efficiently.Supervise and coach AP Team.Prepare journals entries as necessary during the month in liaison with Controllers.Prepare monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations and analyze variances.Managing derivatives accounting (NIIF 9 is a must).Be responsible for Inter-company balances and reconciliations.Monitor group interest loans, monthly calculation, and accruals.GL accounts reconciliations.Propose improvements to optimize and automate processes and calculations.Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure.Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close.Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information.Supports budget and forecasting activities.Collaborates with the other finance department managers to support overall department goals and objectives.Collaborate with Annual Group Audit.Assist in development and implementation of new ERP.How will you do it?Another of our values is #KeepRowing or keep rowing, which means that teamwork and team alignment is essential to be able to move forward and meet our shared goals.At Holaluz we have built a robust organizational system that is constantly iterating, which allows us to adapt to the constant changes demanded by the industry and achieve the purpose we pursue.
