.Noxtec Development,established in 2016, part of Nippon Gases, develops, manufactures anddistributes high technology medical devices with an important added value forthe users and patients globally.Over theyears, Noxtec has developed extensive know-how in inhaled nitric oxidetherapies, starting in neonatal intensive care units and then focusing on pediatricand adult patients, playing a key role during the treatment of Covid-19patients.Theposition will be responsible for Customer Service as the first point of contactfor queries for technical issues. The finalcandidate will handle the Customer Service Technical Support globally, providingboth virtual and face-to-face technical assistance to our customers.Responsibilities:Conduct fault findingactivities, employing suitable techniques and judgement to diagnoseissues, determine fault causes, and propose effective solutions forhardware/software faults, system, and more.Perform calibration,electrical, and functional safety testing on a broad spectrum of medicalequipment, subsequently delivering analytical condition reports.Maintain meticulous records ofequipment defects, work conducted, components utilised, and test outcomesin the designated engineering database.Collaborate with third-partyentities to procure spare parts for repairs and upgrades, and liaise withManufacturers.Skilfully fit replacementstorage devices in medical equipment and proficiently (re)installassociated software, including performing backup, recovery, and databaserebuilding within specialised medical software applications.Conduct customer and peertraining both locally and internationally.Assist in the growth anddirection of business in different geographic areas.Job requirements Requirements:University degree in electronic engineering or similar.At least 2 years of professional experience as qualified technician, engineer or equivalent in medical devices.Technical analytical skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Customer-oriented attitude; deals tactfully and effectively with differences of opinion, excellent listening and interpersonal skills.Fluency in English and Spanish.Availability to travel.Valid driving license and passport.About Us Nippon Gases is one of the leading companies in the industrial and medical gases business in Europe.
