Etex is a company that is committed to success - and when you join us, we'll be committed to you.About the roleWe are looking for a professional with an engineering background and knowledge in Lean methodology, eager to apply all the knowledge acquired during their academic training in the industrial area, and also with strong people management skillsKey AccountabilitiesProcess Optimization and Efficience:- Implementing Lean methodologies to streamline processes and increase efficiency.- Identifying areas for process improvement through regular audits and analysis.- Reducing waste and optimizing resource utilization.- Lead the implementation of the Etex production system.- Be local ambassador of all Continuous improvement initiative.- Develop and deploy local CI roadmap.Project Management:- Leading and managing projects focused on continuous improvement.- Coordinating with different departments to ensure project alignment with organizational goals.- Monitoring project progress and making adjustments as necessary.Team Leadership and Development:- Managing and leading a team, including training and development.- Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.- Providing guidance and support to team membersSkill and Experience- Degree in Science, Engineering, or Management is required- Proven experience in Production or Manufacturing: Hands-on experience in a production or manufacturing environment- Preferably in roles that involved process optimization, mainly in cement/construction sector- Efficiency improvements or quality control- Practical experience with Lean tools and principles, such as Kaizen, 5S, Kanban, or value stream mapping.- Experience in leading or participating in continuous improvement projects would be highly valuable.- Certifications in Lean principles such as Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt, Black Belt, Master Black Belt), Certified Lean Practitioner, or similar qualifications of CI tools, will be positively valued.- Proficiency in English is a mandatory requirement for this position.Our Social ResponsibilitiesEtex has a clear commitment to help build a better, sustainable future
