The ORAC family operates in more than 90 countries around the world and employs over 400 people.And we need you for this...As Supply Chain team member you are part of the "HUB" in Ostend and you facilitate & play a supporting role to the Customer Teams in their O2C journey. So they can focus in giving the best experience to our customers.You will have impact on 3 levels: from continuous improvement of existing O2C processes, to project lead & key-user of the O2C digital landscape, till supporting the Customer Teams in their day-to-day operational O2C activities.More concrete, your responsibilities will consist of the following:As part of our geographical expansion strategy, roll-out of the existing O2C process to these new customer teams is a key responsibility. This from setup & testing of our existing digital landscape for these new customer teams, training of new onboarded Oracians in these Customer teams, till hypercare and support of this Customer team during their first weeks & months after go-live.You take part in strategic company projects where you take up a key-user role within the O2C domain and where you support a successful go-live of these projects.You challenge the status quo and are ready to further improve and finetune our existing processes & functioning of the company within the O2C domain. This together with your SC colleagues, Customer teams and stakeholders in the "HUB" like IT and Finance.You will support existing Customer Teams in their day-to-day activities in case their are questions or issues within the area of O2C.You operationally support existing Customer Teams support when this would be required and by doing this you grasp improvement opportunities of existing processes
