B2ActivitiesReporting to the Operation and Maintenance manager, the O&M Project Manager is a member of the PV technical assetmanagement ("TAM") team of TotalEnergies Renewables Ibérica ("TERIb"). Upon hand-over by the Engineering Procurement and Constructionteam (if projects built by TERIb) or by the project acquisition team (if projects acquired operational), he/she is in charge of coordinating andcontrolling all operation & maintenance activities on the photovoltaic plants that are assigned to her/him. At the moment, the O&M services atTERIb-managed assets are generally outsourced (i.e. are performed by external contractors and providers) through single full-scope, projectbasedO&M agreements; in the future, they may be outsourced through partial-scope, portfolio-based agreements with various specializedcompanies and/or in part carried out directly (i.e. by TERIb TAM own resources).The the O&M Project Manager is responsible of the following activities in accordance with the company rules, decisions andrequirements, and in coordination with both TERIb O&M Manager and the Asset Manager of the assigned project:• Organize, execute and monitor all O&M tasks at the assigned cluster, to ensure compliance of technical KPIs and OPEX of the assets againstthe applicable plans and budgets• Control, monitor and report the status of the assets. Take initiative to resolve technical issues and monitor the resolution• Manage technical warranties• Implement the O&M procurement and outsourcing strategy for services and materials as defined for the assigned assets• Coordinate, monitor, supervise the main contracts for technical supplies at the assets (services, materials, utilities)• Establish, develop and maintain relationships with the contractors, the suppliers and the partners involved in O&M activities at the assignedassets• Preparing technical documentation or information about operational aspects of the assigned projects to other departments or third parties• Support, coordinate, conduct Provisional Acceptance / Intermediate Acceptance / Final Acceptance and similar processes/negotiationstogether with the EPC department• Communicate and coordinate with the Asset Manager, providing necessary support for budgeting, reporting etc. on all aspects related totechnical operations and performances of the assigned projects• Facilitate and ensure the application of group's Health, Safety, Security, Social responsibility policies during the O&M activitiesContext & Environment• Spain is a priority country for TotalEnergies in Europe.
