Attention: ****** , (647) 722-4640Position No.: 24-1133Title: OCM/Training Specialist (Adobe)Type: ContractNo. of Positions: 1Location: GTA, ONResponsibilities:Support Change Management and Training for the implementation of a Digital Asset Management System (Adobe) to enhance end-user experience and foster better internal and external relationships.Analyze and synthesize impact assessments and processes in coordination with program and business teams to create effective training materials.Validate training materials with workstream leads and subject matter experts, and participate in train-the-trainer sessions.Collaborate with the vendor to develop and deliver Adobe training to internal users, dealers, and staff.Work closely with the team and vendor to execute the defined change management and training activities for the successful implementation of the Adobe solution.QualificationsProficient in Digital Asset Management software, with experience in creating and modifying website content.Track record of the ability to develop and deliver training materials for Digital Asset Management/Content Management software deployments, including user guides and course materials.Familiarity with Adobe software and its applications.Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, capable of synthesizing impact assessments and supporting training development.Experienced in providing Digital Asset Management/Content Management training to diverse business units.understanding of project management methodologies and project lifecycle phases.Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and social collaboration tools.Exceptional bilingual communication skills in English and French.We thank all candidates in advance.
