Up to the challenge?Our client is looking for someone who will not only take responsibility for the maintenance of existing processes, but to continually look for ways to improve, automise and optimise them. You will be managing a team of 10 young professionals from all walks of life. As a Team Lead, you will be working hand-in-hand with the Leadership Team in the office,which provides excellent opportunities for personal and professional growth!Your day-to-day responsibilities will be:- Maximising the efficiency and effectiveness of the Traffic Team, with a constant goal to improve overall quality- Building and maintaining a trusting relationship with the global suppliers and partners- Dealing with issues with suppliers (delays, customer complaints, stock issues, qualtiy complaints)- Creating a great working environment to get the absolute best out of everyone in the team- Continually assess and improve operational processes- Monitoring of performance and KPIs- Measuring and supporting the team ´s overall performance- Facilitating cooperation and innovation with other departments- Most importantly, enjoying every step you make on this journey together with your team!What ´s on offer?- An award winning company culture!
