This new Greenfield location will help us to expand our European operations and explore new and emerging markets..Main duties and responsibilitiesFrom the Human Resources department of Kronospan, we are looking for a Operational Manager - (Commercial Manager).The resource is part of the Innovation Team and will take part to international projects.Scope of duties:1. Negotiating contracts with key suppliers and leading clients.2. Responsibility for financial performance, KPIs and KFIs management.3. Business budgeting and planning.4. Company standards compliance guarding.5. Human resources and administration management.6. Flagging up issues to senior management minimize impact.7. Reporting directly to CEO.RequirementsEngineering degree or any industrial qualification. Legal and / or commercial and / or financial background.With more than 10 years in a manufacturing industry (in companies with turnovers between 15-50 million euros per year) with a clear track record of his career. Strong purchasing experience. Entrepreneur and businessperson.Strong negotiating and communication skills.Exceptional personality with ability to influence and bring the best out of others.Target orientation - focused on resultsHard working attitude.
