.The Operations Head organizes and oversees the daily operations of the company. He/ She will ensure the business is well-coordinated and productive by managing its procedures and coaching its people. The ideal candidate must be competent and able to plan different kinds of operational activities.He/ She must require a thorough knowledge of various company processes.The goal is to safeguard and augment the efficiency of the company's operations to facilitate acceleration development and long-term success.Duties and Responsibilities:Plan and monitor the day to day running of business to ensure smooth progress.Manage procurement processes and coordinate material and resources allocation.Liaise with superior to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals.Supervise staff from different departments and provide constructive feedback.Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements.Ensure that the company runs with the legality and conformity to established regulations.Review financial information and adjust operation budgets to promote profitability.Revise and/or formulate policies and promote their implementation.And another task assigned.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's/College Degree, preferably in the fields Business Administration or relevant fieldWith at least Five (5) years' work experience in the related field is required for this position.Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics.Familiarity with MS Office and business software.
