In this role, you will play a critical role in supporting our M&A activities across the entire deal lifecycle.What you will do:Source and Analyze New Investment Opportunities:Identify and research potential acquisition targets within the entertainment sectorConduct comprehensive financial modeling and valuation analysis to assess potential deal synergies and financial viabilityEvaluate potential risks associated with target companies and transactionsPrepare detailed investment memorandums and other deal documentationSupport Deal Execution:Assist in due diligence activities, including financial, legal, and operational analysisDevelop and present compelling investment theses to internal stakeholdersSupport the negotiation of transaction terms, including deal structure, valuation, and financingManage deal processes and timelines, ensuring smooth executionPost-Merger Integration:Develop and implement integration plans to ensure successful post-merger value creationMonitor and analyze the performance of acquired companies after the closingABOUT YOUBachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field4+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, or a related field (prior M&A experience strongly preferred)Fluent in Spanish and English.
