We embrace a strong risk culture and all of our professionals at all levels are expected to take a proactive and responsible approach toward risk management.**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:- Creation and maintenance of a high-performing operational team aiming to comply with company's procedures, deal with client requests for assistance and meet the company's SLAs.- Build and sustain excellent client relationships to help achieving our mission of delivering excellent client service.- End to end coordination of 3rd party providers, ensuring proper oversight based on exhaustive KPIs monitoring.- Definition of the fund admin services to strengthen our capabilities aligned with regulatory changes (accounting, taxes, NAV publication, regulatory reporting, etc).- Improve our current operational processes to mitigate any possible operational risk. - Lead the operational side in every initiative to grow our business.EXPERIENCEEDUCATION- A degree in finance, economics, commerce, business administration or law and management and a professional qualification.SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE- Deep knowledge of Alternative Funds operative is a must (accounting, NAV oversight and regulatory reporting).- Highly organized and able to work to deadlines and manage competing priorities under significant time pressure.- Confidence to participate in large projects, involving more than one country.- Teamwork, willingness to learn, communication, self-motivation, and culture fit are also required along with a strong ability to work in a collaborative environment and to present results to both expert and non-expert audiences.OTHER INFORMATIONEnsuring the support of one or more upper management personnel for all administrative needs. Ensuring covering the needs of senior executives and clients; Managing and delivering the critical tasks for the team. Maintaining confidential and non-routine information and acting as project manager for special projects pertaining to executive staff.
