This role will deliver an enhanced customer experience through excellent customer communication, effective resolution of customer issues and a culture of continuous improvement. Partner with Operations, support departments to enhance customer experience and EMEA Commercial Ops' strategic and operational goals to achieve our revenue goals.The Order Management Specialistwill be a part of the Customer Service team and will be located in Barcelona as a hybrid role.
