Records Management & Document Control (Administration & Office Support) AireSpring, Inc. is a leading nationwide telecom provider. We have an immediate opening in our Sales Division for a Contract Qualification Specialist. This position receives, qualifies, and creates new orders to be processed by our Operations Team. Tasks include contract/pricing validation, data entry, and regular status reporting and follow-ups. There will be significant interfacing with telecom carriers, sales agents, and other staff members. The ideal candidate will possess excellent critical thinking skills, communicate well with all levels of personnel, be highly organized, and demonstrate superb attention to detail with consistent and accurate results. You must have strong computer skills and operate well in a true multi-tasking environment.
