This will be achieved by having a clear focus on colleague support and team administration – main responsibilities include but are not limited to:Support &AdministrationYou will be the Head Office first point of contact for general enquiries from the destination teamsYou will support theHead ofandGeneral Managerwith preparation for key operational meetings and general administration (presentations, packs, handlers' performance indicators)Track project aims, objectives and ensure team tasks are delivered to agreed timelinesCoordinate company mail orders and logistics of moving items around the network so they are in the right place at the right timeMaintain the team SharePoint sites, drive structure with control and quality of all presentations, templates and documents to ensure a consistent approach across all outstationsArrange travel for the wider team as requiredAny other ADHOC reports and requestsResource Planning & RosteringAssist theManagersto plan headcount and resource across the stationsAssist theManagersto ensure the resource plan / op ex remains within budget throughout the year by monitoring spend and will function as first approver for invoicesUsing electronic tools, responsible for ensuring rosters are built in advance and issued in a timely manner, with ownership control of absence reporting monitoring throughout the roster periodKPI Targets monitoring.Point of contact with head quarters (raise local variations, GHM escalations, compliance monitoring)Productivity and efficiency monitoring.Onboarding & RecruitmentSupporting the seasonal colleague cycle which includes recruitment, onboarding, team briefings and ongoing monitoring of all seasonal colleagues across the networkDue to the nature of a team that is based across several overseas airports, there will besome travel which may require evening and weekend working . Where there is an operational need, you mayoccasionally be required work alongside our locally based Red Teamsto support them delivering VIP Customer experience.Person SpecificationFluent in English , second language would be a Bonus.Effectivecommunicationskills.Excellentadministration skills including rostering .Good working knowledge ofMS Officewith a focus onShare point PowerPoint and ExcelapplicationsSkills and BehavioursEnthusiastic and conscientious aboutdelivering customer service .Stamina,enthusiasm reliability and flexibilityto take on the demands of a role which is accountable for a 7 day a week operation.Adapts and responds well to change.Resilient andable to manage pressureand setbacks effectively.Ambassador forJet2.comandJet2holidaysAdditional InformationThis role will bebased at Low Fare Finder House (Leeds Bradford airport) or Terminal 2 (Alicante Airport)but some domestic and overseas travel may be required.Aflexible approach to the role is necessary due to the nature of the Overseas Departmentand working within a 24/7 Airport environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
