Location: BarcelonaStart Date: ASAPWhat about us?Dragons Group is a specialised digital advertising agency, whose mission is to support our clients advertising needs by providing integrated solutions across all things content.Dragons Group turns ideas into action and attacks problems with transformative solutions to support best-in-class initiatives.We are currently looking for a Senior Packaging Designer to join our team based in Barcelona who supports a wide array of local and international clients with their marketing challenges.*As part of the proccess a Packaging design test is required.Responsibilities:- Responsible for design and production in a wide variety of formats including, print, displays and presentations - with heavy emphasis on packaging- Develop packaging concepts and ideas that align with client requirements- Create mockups in 3D and prototypes of packaging designs to test and refine ideas- Executing any mid to high complexity briefs- Confidently present designs to both internal and external stakeholders, providing clear and concise explanations of design decisions and recommendations- Attention to detail, ensuring all brief requirements are fulfilled- Supporting the Creative Director on mid to high complexity briefs- Ensuring the brief is fully understood before any work starts- Understanding all technical specifications supplied by media agencies- QC-ing all assets before sending to Content Creator for final QC- Ensuring assets are on brief, to spec and on brandRequirements- 3/4+ years of experience in packaging design- Experience in the design process for packaging materials for products, including brainstorming, sketching and creating prototypes to create eye-catching designs- An outstanding eye for great design and a passion for delivering creative work- Ability to proactively suggest improvements to brief- Solid understanding of digital printing processes- Highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite- A good balance between great technical design skills and creativity- Stay current on packaging design trends and technologies- Nice-to-haves experience in FMCG- Skills in Cinema 4D and Redshift to Modelling and basic animation- Experience in the production of final artsLanguages:- Spanish (mandatory)- English (highly recommended)- Any other languages are a plus
