Our goal is to boost brands through performance marketing. To support our expansion, we are seeking a talented and highly motivated Paid Media Specialist to join our team.Position Overview:As a Paid Media Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving our clients digital marketing efforts. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing our paid media campaigns, with a primary focus on Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Social Media Marketing. You will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to the growth of our brand and customer acquisition efforts.Responsibilities:Develop and execute paid media strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and brand awareness across various digital channels, including SEM and social media platforms (Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to identify target keywords, audiences, and ad placements for SEM campaigns.Create, implement, and optimize paid search campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant search engine marketing platforms.Plan, create, and manage engaging social media campaigns, including ad copy, creatives, targeting, and budget allocation.Monitor and analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights, making data-backed recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging digital marketing technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement.Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages that align with campaign objectives and target audience preferences.Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad copy, visuals, landing pages, and targeting parameters for maximum campaign performance.Provide regular reports and insights to the marketing team, highlighting key performance indicators, trends, and recommendations for campaign optimization.Stay informed about the latest paid media and digital marketing trends, tools, and techniques, and share knowledge with the team to foster growth and innovation.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.Proven work experience as a Paid Media Specialist, SEM Specialist, or Social Media Marketer, preferably in a fast-paced start-up environment.Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Manager.Proficiency in audience targeting, keyword research, ad copywriting, and campaign optimization techniques.Familiarity with social media advertising platforms and tools, including Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Twitter Ads
