A new job opportunity has arisen to join our Biotechnology & Life Science Department. Job Role: Discussing innovations with inventors and researchers. Drafting and prosecuting patent applications. Performing patentability opinions. Preparing responses to reports from patent examiners. Drawing up searches. Performing infringement opinions. Requerimientos A degree in the biomedical field (Biotechnology, biochemistry, molecular biology, etc.). 1 – 2 years of experience as a Patent Adviser. Written communications skills.
