Payment Delivery Senior Specialist At Outpayce , our goal is to deliver smooth, end-to-end travel payments experiences by helping our customers and travelers to benefit from new advances in payments, more quickly across the entire journey.

As Payment Delivery Senior Specialist you will be in charge of the end to end delivery process for the full range of Payment products and services and the Customers assigned to you.
The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact with customer , throughout the delivery process. They will assess customer needs and advise best approach for quick implementation / adoption .
They will secure buy-in from customer's representatives and if necessary, review and iterate the benefits of the solution to them.
They will also be responsible for preparing the plan and coordinate delivery at each stage with all stakeholder areas involved (Other Amadeus Business Units such as Distribution, Air, Rail, Hospitality, etc.
Amadeus R&D, Customer & Partner). In this role you will supply product demos and functional product awareness and support to customer as required and as applicable and will monitor the activity of the customer within the first two billing cycles, until customer achieves expected volume of transactions.
You can also act as Program expert , examples : several customers have to apply same regulation at same time. You will coordinate a pipeline of customers and drive / monitor all implementation projects.a customer is engaging a massive payment transformation with several streams involving many stakeholders.In this role you'll : Manage projects / programs (gap, pilot, regulation, migration, etc.) Obtain committed delivery timescales internally. Communicate accordingly to customerDefine the project governance : stakeholders, forum, deliverables, etc.Ensure that delivered solution or service corresponds to what has been by the solution teams and that customer understands its full capability for a full adoption .Participate to the creation and management of a delivery dashboard and keep it up to date to be able to measure the performance of the deliveriesParticipate in building a strong relationships with Partners and an onboarding process with each of themParticipate in creating a self service delivery platform where customer and partners can interact with Amadeus to better share information, prepare projects and ensure smooth deliveriesAbout the ideal candidate University Degree in Computing, IT, Finance or similar.
