Your job responsibilities include: Guiding and advising the client on payroll, personnel administration and social legislation, use of payroll packages. Following up, calculating and checking the wages of your clients. Keeping knowledge and experience up to date within the various areas of payroll and personnel administration. As a spoc for the customer you are responsible for the communication with supporting services of SD Worx. Looking for inefficient processes, suggesting optimizations and working them out, possibly under the guidance of a payroll consultant.Transfer knowledge and tasks to colleagues in the assigned group and support them in administrative, payroll and legal matters.
