Your key responsibility in this role is to ensure that the payment of our Primos is executed correctly and on time, as well as the post payroll payments. To achieve this goal, you will develop a strong network with global& local payroll vendors, HR partners, local finance, and accounting teams. You'll have the opportunity to get involved in or lead projects with the continuous improvement mindset that will help us deliver services that will delight our customers by streamlining processes.
About You You understand, embrace and demonstrate our culture.You are skilled at building, reviewing and executing monthly/weekly/monthly payrolls.Detail orientation, customer service, proactiveness and fast issue resolution define your approach as you navigate multiple high priority tasks.RESPONSIBILITIES With Our Consumer At The Heart Your Key Focus Will Be: Validate the trial runs executed by the local vendors and identify discrepanciesResolves discrepancies with technical and/or business personnel, implements corrective measures, and retests as requiredResponsible for the preparation and processing of on-cycle payrollsResponsible for the preparation and processing of off-cycle payrolls including severance packagesResponsible for the reconciliation, balancing and transmission of all vendor and bank interfaces/reports of payroll related dataResponsible for accurate and timely payment to Primos and third parties (i.e. local authorities and vendors)Responding to all enquiries within service level agreementsPoint of contact for local payroll vendor(s)Complete SOX controls established to ensure the data integrity and accuracyResponsible for preparing/reviewing the journal entries related to payroll and serve as a point of contact for finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate financials in payroll related P&L and BS accountsResponsible for process documentation and update for the processes ownedResponsible for leading/executing process improvement & process excellence projects within Payroll teamSKILLS & EXPERIENCE The Skill And Experience Needed To Create Your Legacy: Experience working in a Shared Services Center dealing with multi-country payrolls (at least 3 years of experience in this field)University degree in Business/Finance/Accounting/Human Resources/Legal or related disciplineIntermediate to advance MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)Intermediate knowledge of accounting/financePreferred: HR or Accounting previous experience. / Understanding of Netherlands legislation (tax, social security, retirement, pension & other statutory/regulatory requirements). / Previous experience overseeing local payroll vendors Personal Qualities Advanced analytical and problem-solving skillsTime management / Sense of urgencyFlexibility to work in a multi office/time zone/cross-cultural environmentTeam player, able to share best practices, communicate clearly and transfer knowledge to the teamCustomer experience mindsetProven ability to transform processes / process improvement orientationLEADERSHIP AGILITYAt Bacardi we care deeply about finding brilliant talent who can bring the following personal attributes to help elevate our 3Fs: Fearless, Family, Founder culture to the next level.
