The Opportunity: In this position, you will be part of a fun and international team. You will be responsible for managing fully outsourcedEMEA payrolls, with different deadlines throughout the month. Your daily tasks will include:
Managing the full payroll cycle for your respective countries, processing and validating input and outputAttending to payroll specific queries from employees and business partnersMaintaining an excellent relationship with the payroll provider and your business partnersEnsuring the timely payment of salaries, social security & taxesCoordinating with the Finance Department relating to payroll bookingsSafeguarding payroll procedures & internal controls and assisting in requests from Audit partners What We're Looking For: 1-3 years of experience in international payrollIntegrity (working with highly confidential information)Strong attention to detailGreat interpersonal and communication skills (a large part of your job is following up with our partners and handling questions)Able to work well in an environment with multiple payrolls and varying deadlinesSolid Excel knowledge to master the most commonly used functionsExcellent English language skills; Spanish is beneficial.
