Data analysis (quantitative & qualitative), communications, presentation skills, and project management are key to your work.Together we do what matters.What you will do:Analyse and interpret data to identify trends, patterns and inform follow-up actionsGlean insights from the employee listening channels to set strategic priorities for the teamProactively analyse data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize retention strategiesTranslate complex data into clear and actionable insights for key stakeholdersDevelop training materials and resources and conduct workshops to build data literacy and analytical skills across HRApply predictive analytics to assess the impact of organizational changes and to tailor communication strategies accordinglyPartner with the Avanade all employee survey team (ALLI) to support the launch of our bi-annual employee listening survey - focusing on the global analysis of survey resultsSkills and experiencesProven experience in people analytics, HR analytics, or a similar role.Proficiency in statistical analysis tools, as well as data visualization tools like Power BI.Strong understanding of survey methodologies and survey design.Good understanding of the Viva Suite.Excellent communication skills with the ability to distil complex findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.Solid project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.- Familiarity with HR systems and knowledge of data privacy regulations is a plus but not required
