The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of various digital marketing channels, with a particular focus on driving lead generation and pipeline growth efficiently. This role requires strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to implement innovative marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results.? What You'll DoStrategy Development:Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.Identify key target audiences and segments within the B2B space and devise tailored marketing approaches to reach them effectively.Continuously evaluate and optimize marketing strategies based on performance metrics and market trends.Campaign Management:Oversee the end-to-end execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as PPC, SEM, display advertising, social media, email marketing, and content syndication.Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create compelling content, landing pages, and ad creatives optimized for lead generation and conversion.Implement A/B testing methodologies to refine messaging, targeting, and creative elements for maximum impact.Lead Generation and Conversion:Drive qualified leads and opportunities through targeted marketing efforts, focusing on increasing the efficiency of the lead generation process.Monitor lead acquisition costs, conversion rates, and other relevant KPIs to ensure optimal campaign performance and ROI.Work closely with the sales team to align marketing activities with the sales funnel and support lead nurturing initiatives.Data Analysis and Reporting:Utilize analytics tools and platforms to track, measure, and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns.Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into key metrics, campaign effectiveness, and areas for improvement
