Multinational B2B manufacturing company within the paper & packaging industry headquartered in Europe and with strong presence worldwide, top player in its sector, is currently looking for a EUROPE PLANNING MANAGER who will be responsible for optimizing the supply chain capacity planning activities in all European sites network fulfilling market requirements, leading a +10 people team based in different plants across Europe and directly reporting to the Supply Chain & Service - Operations Director. Functions:Develop and implement comprehensive production plans to meet customer demand while minimizing lead times and optimizing resources.Collaborate closely with cross-functional to ensure alignment of production plans with overall business objectives.Monitor production schedules and adjust plans as necessary to accommodate changes in demand, resource availability, or other factors impacting production.Design and implement, together with Supply chain Director and Supply Chain function leaders, EU supply chain transformation strategies.Cooperation with Demand planning leader to enable midterm visibility and proactive action plans.Ensure efficient production processes and maximizing stock utilization to meet customer demand while minimizing costs. Continuously evaluate and improve stock optimization processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.Lead and contribute to the development and growth of a +10 people international team, enhancing their motivation and engagement. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business or economics. Proven track record of experience in Supply Chain, Industrial Planning and preferable in a similar industry. Strong analytical, strategic thinking and a keen eye for detail to effectively manage production planning and optimize stock levels. Eager to work in fast pace international environments, with outstanding learning agility, problem-solving, flexibility, adaptability, proactivity, dynamism, critical thinking, with self-initiative and courage to take risks and responsibility. Excellent communications and collaboration skills. Fluent English, written and spoken, is required. Other languages are a plus.Availability to be based either in Barcelona/Girona or Milan.
