As a key member of the production team, as an industrial engineer you will monitor, plan and design production processes.This position will be based at LEAR Corporation Vigo. Responsibilities: Plans, supervises and coordinates activities related to the development, design, construction, modification and maintenance of equipment, machinery and equipment Maximizes efficiency by analyzing equipment layout, workflow, assembly methods and labor utilization Conducts studies in operations to maximize work flow and space utilization. Ensures equipment efficiency and workplace safety Determines parts and tools needed to achieve production goals according to product specification Requirements: University graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field Fluent in English and Spanish Experience working in a manufacturing plant Problem solving skills Knowledge of production machinery
