.Our client is a leading international FMCG company based in Seville.Plant Supply Chain Manager Production, Operations and R&D; Sevilla (Spain) Ref: NN8626 January 17, 2024 MASS COMMODITIESFUNCTIONS We are currently recruiting a Plant Supply Chain Manager to be based in Sevilla who will join a highly motivated and innovative team, to drive continuous improvement across operational Supply Chain activities for the Sevilla plant to achieve profit and performance KPI targets. In addition, you will oversee the manufacturing process, manage inventory and warehousing, coordinate transportation and delivery of products to customers,and develop a strategic business plan for plant operations.As key responsibilities we can highlight the following:- The role entails frequent collaboration with the different operational plant functions (such as quality, production, finance), to optimize overall efficiency and performance- Continuous interaction with the supply planning team (production planner, material planner, warehouse planner, and logistics planner) to address questions and main issues around supply chain monitoring and execution- Execute and implement globally defined processes and guidelines, ensuring consistent adherence and successfully integrating them within the local context of the plant's operations- Ensures continuous improvement and implementation of best practices in Supply Chain- The role serves as the conduit between plant's operations and customer expectations, advocating for customer needs, driving improvement plans aligned with market demands- Finds solutions to exceptions, balancing demand and supply variations while managing inventory health- Creates transparency and alignment with relevant stakeholders across the organization to ensure success across the whole SC, all business channels,and related functions- Provides content and subject-matter expertise supporting capability building- Develop and implement material control and delivery systems, policies, and procedures- Implements new products & launch plans- Review and execute customer & product segmentation as part of the plant execution plans- Maintains close communication with suppliers and freight providersOur ideal candidate will have:- Bachelor's and/or Master ´s degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field- At least 8 years of experience in supply chain roles in FMCG.- Demonstrated ability to work across functions- Strong analytical skills- Continuous improvement mindset,able to develop and implement process upgrades aligned with business goals and objectives- Good command of IT systems - particularly MS Office, BW, and SAP APO/IBP- Language skills: Fluent in English & Spanish #J-18808-Ljbffr
