In addition, this role is at the heart of our most strategic accounts – acting as the connective tissue across the account team and the extended go to market teams to help drive incredible customer experiences across their journey with us – with a focus on their priorities and business outcomes.Lead Industry dynamics trends and companies strategic positioningLead discovery workshops with customers leadership and teams to understand their priorities, goals and challenges.Document and present insights and recommended value based and GenAi powered transformation trajectories.Create high-quality deliverables that communicate strategic agreement, present multi-year roadmaps and document the full business case to justify actionWork with sales and customer success to help establish account strategies for accounts in the region.Provide strategic expertise and insights to help assess and prioritize accounts and strategiesIdentify and lead the creation of new IP (best practices, white papers, thought leadership, etc.)QualificationsTo be successful in this role you have:· 10+ years of relevant experience as a management consultant with exposure to Digital Transformations· Tangible experience working on digital transformation projects or enterprise software deployments preferred· Industry experience with FSI, Telco, Manufacturing, Retail, or Public Services is preferred· Presentation skills including public speaking, meeting facilitation and white boarding· Executive presence with a humble demeanour· Strong Analytical skills and Complex Business cases analysis· Full mastery of Spanish and English languages is mandatory.
