Process Engineer

Description Management of continuous improvement of plant processes using standard tools for this purpose (data analysis, interdisciplinary group work, communication, Ishikawa diagram, etc.).Management of multidisciplinary work teams (Quality, Production, Maintenance, HR, Finance).Determining and setting clear and precise objectives. Clear orientation to the achievement of results.Clear and precise communication. Provide clear information to the rest of the team participants.Manage and maintain in correct disposition the documentation of all actions, projects,...etc.Provide specific training to partners.Support plant operations when needed.Strictly comply with the Safety and Quality requirements of the plant. Motivate the rest of the teams to comply with them.Key Ingredients : 3 to 5 years of experience..
