Your responsibilities will include providing technical expertise, conducting thorough performance evaluations, implementing improvement initiatives, and driving overall operational excellence to support our commitment to safety, efficiency, and sustainability.Minimum Requirements Bachelors degree in Chemical or Environmental Engineering from a recognized and approved program. +17 years of experience the Oil & Gas Industry, refining & petrochemical sector with at least 10 years' experience in handling utilities (process engineering and operations). Exposure to major equipment suppliers / package units for Utilities is preferred. Experience using process engineering simulation programs. Demonstrate very good command of spoken and written English. Very good computer & presentation skills. Strong management and coordination skills. Key Responsibilities Review and monitor the performances of existing Utilities through key performance indicators (KPIs) representing the optimum operability, profitability, reliability, and process safety. Issue quarterly Utilities performance benchmarking reports highlighting the KPIs, analysis, and performance improvement recommendations. Monitor and support the facilities in implementing the recommendations and closing the gaps identified in the quarterly performance benchmarking reports
