We are seeking aProcess Safety Engineer to join one ofour Fractionation Departments.This department is responsible for providing fractionated feedstock to the petrochemical industry. Your primary role will be the development, maintenance, and implementation of the company safety management system, and environmental management system and support project activities during the detailed design, construction, and commissioning phase of the project.Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Safety, Chemical, or Mechanical from a recognized and approved program.8 years of experience in refining, oil and gas plants, and petrochemical industries.Demonstrate efficiency in the codes and standards in the oil and gas industry, i.E., API, BS, ISO, ASME, ANSI, IEC, ISA, IEEE, etc.Familiar with the development of process safety roadmap, and setting targets of safety key performance indicators.Key Responsibilities Provide advice and consultation to department staff to assist them in maintaining a safe working environment in compliance with environmental/safety regulations, standards, and practices.Identify and evaluate hazardous conditions and practices in the workplace.Undertake surveys to identify and evaluate occupational health, safety, and environmental conditions. Participate in various process safety studies/activities, such as PHAs, HAZOPs, JSAs, PSSR, SIMOPs, incident investigations, compliance reviews, or insurance surveys.Participate in or lead risk studies conduct consequence analyses, and review engineering designs for compliance with company and industry safety standards
