Job PurposeWe are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as "Procurement Digitalization Analyst" to support the Global Procurement function in its Digitalization journey. Your primary duties will include using data to drive insights supporting digitalization efforts and report on key performance indicators that will show business value to internal clients, keeping our procurement systems up to date, facilitating the onboarding of suppliers onto our digital platforms, and providing essential training to end-users as needed. You will collect, analyze, and report data that enable the Procurement strategy.Main Tasks and Responsibilities Become a knowledgeable resource of the data, reporting, and tools.Develop a deep understanding of our data infrastructure, reporting mechanisms, and procurement tools to effectively support the needs of the Global Procure-ment function.Keep Procurement Systems up-to-date and synchronized.Ensure that our procurement systems are consistently up-to-date and synchro-nized with the latest information, contributing to seamless operations across the organization.Facilitate suppliers' onboarding on digital platforms.Act as a liaison between our organization and our suppliers, facilitating the smooth onboarding process onto our digital platforms, and providing necessary support and guidance throughout.Perform trainings on Procurement Digital Platforms to end-users on need basis.Conduct training sessions for end-users across Straumann entities globally to ensure they have the knowledge and skills required to utilize our procurement platforms effectively.Extract, analyze and synthesize data from various sources.Utilize your analytical skills to extract, analyze, and synthesize data from various sources, providing valuable insights to inform decision-making within the procurement function.Provide business support for testing and implementation of solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide support during the testing and implementation of new solutions, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.Ensure constant compliance with Policies and Guidelines.Maintain constant vigilance to ensure compliance with all relevant policies and guidelines governing procurement activities, identifying, and addressing any potential issues proactively.ProfilePreferred education: Bachelor, academic degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Economics, or IT.View data and an organization from a broad perspective; able to see the overallstructure, patterns, and how they interact and influence each other.Language: English (excellent written and spoken), Others – fluency in at least one other language is helpful (e.G., German, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Chinese)ExperiencePossess 3 to 5 years of proven history in data analysis.Advanced user of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook) and have an understanding for source-to-pay tools.Prior experience in SAP MM and/or PowerBI is highly beneficial.Personal Attributes & behaviorsExcellent written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with all functions at least in English and ability to work in cross-functional project teams.Ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities and drive tasks to completion in a fixed time limit, in an agile environment.Demonstrated ability in analysis and interpretation of data including database management and solution design. Ability to find problems quickly, make sound judgments, set up, and implement solutions.
