TheProcurement Lead will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goodsand services essential for our operations.Job Description Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize purchasing processesand achieve cost savings. Identify potential suppliers, conduct supplier evaluations, and negotiate contracts andterms to secure favorable pricing and quality. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs andrequirements. Ensure transparent and ethical selection and pricing procedures. Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, contracts, and supplieragreements. Evaluate supplier performance and address any issues or discrepancies as needed. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices inprocurement to drive continuous improvement.Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or relatedfield. 5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles. Proven track record of successfully managing procurement processes and achievingcost savings. Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite. Certification in procurement (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) is a plus.
