The Procurement Specialist drives procurement projects to increase the efficiency of Source to Pay operations, processes and reporting. They will play a key role in driving the standardization and continuous improvement for the existing and new procurement processes. Holding the process ownership, the Procurement Specialist will review and update the process and procedure repository, will design training sessions for the procurement community and external users and will provide guidance on procurement standards to the corresponding stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has good experience in procurement, source to contract and procure to pay lifecycle, supplier relationship, process optimization and project management. Main responsibilities:
• Specialist on source to pay processes and standards for procurement. Share documentation, maintain central depository, train procurement staff, where needed, on processes and tools
• Develop, support and continually improve source-to-pay processes
• Support projects and process development for new standard procurement solutions
• Identify ways to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the processes and tools supporting all procurement teams. Actively advocate improvements and align with stakeholders across functions for implementation projects; plan, lead and control implementation and adherence
• Explore ways to automate the activities of the source-to-pay processes

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- • Bachelor's degree
- • Experience in Procurement, Shared Services, Outsourcing Operations
- • Broad and general understanding of all aspects of Source to Pay Processes and supplier management
- • Process improvement experience; proven track record of delivering process improvements and standardization
- • Project management skills; ability to drive project implementation involving diverse stakeholders
- • Extremely customer-focused, taking the time to understand the needs of the business
- • Results-oriented person with a strong delivery focus who can work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- • Computer Literate – in particular COUPA (or equivalent), Oracle and MS Office
- • Presentation and training skills
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills
- • Fluency in English, any additional language skills are a plus (German, French, Spanish, Italian, Czech, Slovak, Polish)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Green Belt or Black Belt Lean Six Sigma Certification.
- Extremely customer-focused, taking the time to understand the needs of the business.
- Strong analytical skills including the ability to quickly synthesize, distil and draw conclusions on large amounts of data.
- Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects requiring frequent communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Passionate self-starter with the highest integrity and ethics.
