As a Designer at Product School, you'll work on developing and iterating big new ideas and elevating existing experiences that will transform product teams and help people elevate their careers. You'll collaborate with marketing, engineers, product, and project managers. We are a global team working in a fast-paced, growing environment. Your work will highly influence the most important priorities in the company.
What you'll do: Produce high-quality, on-brand designs in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.Partner with the product team as an end to end designer, including hypothesis, prototyping, testing, implementation, and quality assurance.Work cross-functionally as part of the product team, supporting other departments as needed.Develop and design a wide range of materials, including but not limited to marketing collateral, digital assets, presentations, and promotional materials.Design and ship high-quality website improvements, with the user experience in mind.Drive traffic and conversion on our website, across both paid and organic verticals.This role could be a good fit for you if: You have 3+ years of experience designing at scale-up companiesMembership/Community/Education product companies are a plus.You are comfortable and competent using Figma and in sharing the stage with newer tools (like canva, ChatGPT and Vidyo.ai or other AI helpers) to empower your team to publish high quality content rapidly.You are ahead of trends and can effectively design for distinct audiences (enterprise and consumer) Create design assets for our Consumer and Enterprise audiences also we should add the support with Email graphics.You have a bias towards action.You have experience in different human-centered design tools including, user interviews, usability tests, and competitive analysis.You are fluent in English, and fluency in Spanish is a plus.You are comfortable in an experimental and extremely fast-paced environment.You have high attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.The perks: Remote First - our team works remotely across multiple countries and time zonesMedical, Dental, and Vision Coverage in the US - support for additional coverage is available in SpainCompany Team Offsites and Coworking - we believe that remote-first doesn't mean remote-onlyFree Product School Course Offerings - we offer a range of courses and certifications worth $10,000 that we readily encourage our employees to exploreMonthly Internet Reimbursement -we support our team, wherever they're working fromParental leaveWe require that candidates be located in the country/countries specified.
