Responsibilities
• Product Information Gathering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and organize essential product information.• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and insights for product enhancement.• Assist in conducting user interviews and surveys to understand user needs.• Assist in the training of internal and external users and stakeholders.• Product and Tech Support: Provide direct support to the CTO in task organization.• Provide valuable support to the product and tech teams in various tasks and projects.• Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and contribute to problem-solving efforts.• Project Management Support: Aid in project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely delivery of products and features.• Help maintain project documentation and update relevant stakeholders on project progress.• Support Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) organization by actively participating in sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.• Contribute to backlog management, bug tracking, and prioritization processes.• IT Service Desk (ITSD) Support: Collaborate with the IT Service Desk team to address user issues and provide technical assistance.• Assist in maintaining IT documentation and contribute to knowledge base articles.
