German language or international work experience are a plus Willing to travel domestically and international up to 30% Willing to work in a diverse global organization Provide thought leadership in product planning and strategy discussions Languages:Fluent in English, additional language is a plus Main ResponsibilitiesInterface closely with the Product R&D team in Trina HQ for topics relating to the mechanical, electrical, thermal and BMS for solving site issuesContinuously improving Elementa production line with feedback from customers, project execution team with emphasis on performance based componentsOwnership of product documentation development and management, including documentation for both internal and external audiencesInterface with Product R&D to ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards in the design and engineering of current and future generations of the ElementaLead design analysis, modeling and validation tasks (DRA, SC, Arc flash studies, ERP, etc.)Work with Project Execution team to take feedback for improvement into design / production processes of the Elementaand other related technical issuesWorking with other equipment suppliers (PCS, MV Skid and PPC) to qualify and validate integration of Elementa with their productsWork closely with Product Marketing teams to provide input for clear marketing materials Support customers as a technical advisor in finding creative solutions to address complex projects Assist sales in conducting system capabilities and understand specific customer needsAnalysis of competitor solutions and insights into what development is needed to increase differentiation or close gaps
