If you are looking for a structured yet dynamic work environment where your expertise and talent is valued, you've come to the right place!For our Quality function, we are looking for a Quality Manager Power Transformers - Europe, who will be accountable to thoroughly drive quality excellence end-to-end in ourvalue chain across Hub Europe.The Product Line Quality Manager will report directly to the Hub Europe Quality Manager and will be located inone of the production facilities: Bad Honnef (Germany), Cordoba (Spain), Monselice (Italy), Ludvika (Sweden),Lodz (Poland), Vaasa (Finland).Your responsibilitiesLead Quality performance in the factories, providing governance for all Factory Quality Managers in our Power Transformer factoriesAccountable for quality performance towards achievement of Quality targets on Product Line levelAccountable for achievement of the quality improvements in the factoriesLead key improvement projects supporting the quality goals.Support Factory teams by providing Lean 6 Sigma competences.Implement Quality System, common Quality Initiatives within PLLead cost out projects (quality related projects, Hard OPQ cost reduction, etc.)Accountable for continuous improvement measures such as Lean Six SigmaResponsible for deploying Lean Six Sigma methodology and Certification process across the factoriesAccountable for development and deployment of local factory QPIs and execute a regular follow up withfactoriesPart of Power Transformer management.Address challenge and activities for Quality improvement, coordinating cross-functional Quality Specialists in Engineering and Marketing & Sales (HUB QualityEnd-to-End strategy) in the Product LineYour backgroundMaster's degree in engineering or correlated relevantdisciplineA previous hands-on experience in Transformers,an electro-mechanical or related industry on a roleas Quality ManagerDemonstrated strong drive and leadership in aQuality Management position in a m anufacturingenvironment, for a minimum of 7 yearsExpertise on the delivery of effective and accurateproblem solving with solid Root Cause Analysisusing different methodologiesStrong exposure to processes and methods suchas APQP, Lean 6 Sigma, etc. and tools such asIshikawa, FTA, FMEA, QFD, etc.Conversational with Quality international standardssuch as, but not limited to, ISO 9001, IEEE or IEC
