The mission of the role is to drive Transversal Data Asset management with focus on powering Amadeus BI/Data Monetization ambitions (with TRU Strategy & Hospitality BU) enabling each BU's and BL to build their own benchmarking/market data solutions leveraging on internal product-managed principals applied to transversal data assets.In this role you'll:Manage internal "BI oriented transversal/shared data assets" as a product, following Product Life Cycle methodology (strategy, roadmap, value/cost) as part of Creation Platform Content Hub strategy and aligned with Amadeus BI Business ambition derived from TRU and HOS strategies to support each BU's/BL's strategy execution based on funding consolidation from various sponsors/users of the data assets:Drive vision and the business value, in a governed approach, in line with the Business Owners and other relevant stakeholders across different Business Units and Business Lines towards BI and data monetization ambition.Define and manage product roadmap based on funding consolidation from various sponsors/users of the data assets, socialize and align timelines with relevant stakeholders. Work closely with BU's Product Management and Product Marketing teams on product requirements, product backlog and prioritization.Coordinate with relevant PM, PO's and troikas of the different trains involved, to ensure features agreed in roadmap are delivered following SAFe and Agile principals and participating on SAFe events (Lean Portfolio Management, PI planning, System demos, Inspect and Adapt workshops, PO/PM Sync…).Consolidate a comprehensive value/cost view of current/future usage of transversal data assets (which BL, for what, the value and FinOps/Costs derived from the different transversal data assets to facilitate decision making coordination with the different BU's/BL's.Manage the budget (delegated/federated) for area of responsibility and support capacity planning with R&D teams.In close cooperation with Data Office and Legal, ensure data usage constrains, derived from customer and data providers contracts, are known and maintained up-to-date in an automated manner to ensure data is used accordingly leveraging existing or new platform capabilities (lead by ADO and/or Data Enablement PMs).Support BU's and BL's in co-innovation with customers to validate customer value drivers, defining features of the products, MVP and product vision/roadmap.Facilitate alignment cross BU to ensure maximization of data monetization on transversal data assets, facilitating problem statement and alternatives for decision making, avoiding data monetization lost opportunitiesFoster synergies and optimization of current data pipeline versioning, data duplication, cross BU's/BLs usage.Communicate effectively across the organization on high level strategy, BU's, LPM, Data Value forums, etc.Facilitate decision making on hosting criteria's (AWS vs Azure as targeted infrastructure).Ensure solutions released meet the users (internal and external) needs, with right level of quality standards, and product readiness guidelinesArticulate and execute "Content Hub" acquisition strategy for "Data" and "ML models" that support Amadeus BI business ambition, evangelizing on the benefits derived from the exposition of content into Amadeus Creation Platform Content Hub and educating on how to effectively enrich Amadeus Content Hub:Defining content acquisition plans for next 3-5 yrs. Which travel market content (internal or external to Amadeus) needs to be acquired and made available in the Content Hub, identifying content gaps to ensure BI ambition execution.Socialize on the needs, consolidate expected value and agree on funding mechanism for acquisition/purchasing.
