Position SummaryThis pivotal role as a Product Manager aims to elevate the profitability and market dominance of our utility products, including shufflers, chippers, and accessories, across the dynamic EMEA region. By adeptly navigating regional technical requirements and implementing innovative product optimization strategies, you will play a crucial part in driving our products to new heights of success. Collaborating closely with our US leadership, you will align global product strategies to ensure we stay ahead of the curve in this competitive industry. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Communicate comprehensive information on all new product releases, encompassing both hardware and software, to relevant stakeholders. Collaborate with the marketing team to create customer-facing materials tailored to individual machines. Work alongside Engineering to identify, prioritize, and communicate technical requirements and modifications specific to jurisdictions within the EMEA coverage. Conduct product training sessions for internal departments and external customers. Liaise with Compliance to facilitate product approvals throughout the region. Provide training for sales staff and act as a subject matter expert to drive product placements. Assist customers with technical details and the implementation of products in casino settings. Contribute to the development of regionally specific bills of materials for hardware and software, if necessary. Generate reports on the current development status of new utility products and, when required, provide reports based on historical releases and sales data. Develop regional plans for product lifecycle management as directed by the Senior Director for Utilities or in line with corporate strategy. Collaborate closely with US leadership to ensure alignment with global product strategies and goals. Significant travel requiredQualificationsIdeally you will have around five years of experience in the gaming industry in a technical or software development role, or equivalent. Understanding of both the software and hardware components of utility products. Familiarity with diverse jurisdictional requirements related to utility products in casinos. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:Excellent written and oral communication skillsStrong attention to detailAbility to communicate clearly, courteously, and professionally with internal and external customersAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving skillsSalary information - 3, 500 per month.
