Your expertise in product management and understanding of user needs will be instrumental in shaping the future of our platform and delivering value to our customers.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer needs, market trends, and business objectives, collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment.Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to deliver high-quality product releases on time and within budget, leveraging agile methodologies and best practices.Gather and analyze user feedback, market research, and competitive intelligence to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.Develop detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring clear communication and alignment across teams.Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs and ensuring that product solutions meet or exceed their expectations.Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences, iterating based on user feedback and usability testing.Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product performance and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.Communicate product updates, roadmap plans, and release schedules to internal stakeholders and external customers, managing expectations and addressing concerns proactively.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certification is a plus.Proven experience in product management roles, with a focus on software or technology products.
