We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project/Program Manager to join our dynamic Product and Solutions team. This role is pivotal in driving the coordination and execution of product development initiatives, interfacing with various stakeholders to compile development requests, prioritize needs, and ensure effective follow-up and visibility throughout the product lifecycle. Reporting directly to the group CTO, your strategic guidance will be instrumental in setting up top-notch prioritization and overall processes delivering clarity and transparency vs all stakeholders allowing for the best use of resources. ABOUT THE ROLE Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders (such as Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success) and the Product Management and Solution teams to gather and compile product development requests.Prioritization and Planning: Evaluate and prioritize development requests based on strategic business objectives and resource availability. Facilitate planning sessions and decision-making processes to align on priorities.Program Oversight: Oversee the progress of product development projects, ensuring milestones are met and adjustments are made as necessary. Maintain clear and detailed visibility into the statuses of all requests and ongoing projects.Release Management: Coordinate with Product Managers and Engineers to align on release schedules and ensure timely delivery of features. Act as a Release Train Manager in line with the SAFe framework to facilitate seamless release execution.Communication: Ensure all stakeholders are kept informed of project statuses, potential risks, and decision points through regular updates and structured communication channels.Negotiation and Influence: Utilize strong negotiation skills and assertiveness to effectively manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts.Leadership and management: Use experience, skills and knowledge to build and optimize internal processes and tools within the Product and Solutions team together with the Product Managers and Tech leads.WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU 8+ years'?experience?working in Program/Project management leadership roles, in a technology environment, preferably for a SAAS, marketplace or e-commerce platform.Excellent Program/Project management skills from prioritization, capacity planning, conflict resolution, dependency management to stakeholder management and c-level reportingStrong leadership skills, ability to manage cross-functional teams, team spirit and collaboration minded.Excellent negotiation and assertive communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Experience as a Release Train Manager or in a similar role within SAFe.Familiarity with Agile and technical concepts and the ability to engage with development teams on a technical level.Proficient in English.
