This includes working on the management of individual orders, from order entry to delivery, managing the procurement of necessary materials and services from our suppliers and tracking integration and verification activities performed internally for produced items. You will also participate in thedefinition of production processes for new productsand the improvement of existing ones.What you will be doing?Manage and prepare order documentation, applying the production process for each client, adapting it when necessary.Request the purchase of materials necessary for production, developing technical specifications and managing them with suppliers, in coordination with other areas.Participate in the definition of stock, inventory and warehouse management strategies.Monitor the manufacturing, integration and verification tasks of the production orders assigned to you, recording the process and complying with the established dates..Participate in the definition of production processes for new products, including identification of suppliers and proposal of improvements.Propose improvements to the general production process and help obtain general metrics for the area.What Do We Need In Our TeamExperience in purchase order management, project management, monitoring and reporting of industrial activities.Experience in the preparation and management of technical documentation.Experience with ERP or similar management tools.Experience in supplier and customer management.Valuable knowledge:Experience in electronics and mechanics, with the ability to understand commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) electronic components as well as electronic designs of manufactured products.Quality standards such as ISO9001, ECSS.Knowledge of the supply chain and logistics.Knowledge of industrial organization flows..Candidate qualifications and skillsWork remotely 60 % of the timeFlexible start/finish times; reduced intensive working hours on Fridays and in summer Monday to Friday.Competitive compensation with ongoing reviews, flexible compensation .Wellbeing program: Health, dental, and accident insurance; free fruit and coffee, free lunch every friday and much more!Personalized career plan development, training, and language learning supportVery committed to inclusion and diversity; we promote equal opportunities in recruitmentIf you like what you read, then we might have a match.
