At Rheinmetall Expal, we are looking for a new Program Manager to Manage and Coordinate across various Business Units and sub-contractors and develop a guided munition to be launched from medium sized Unmanned Air Vehicle (UAV's).
The main functions of the position will be:
Overall lead and coordinate the multidisciplinary team responsible for the development an air-launched guided munitionPlan and develop the project scope, cost and schedule to meet objectives and key requirements of the projectRisk management; identifying risks and issues, developing and implement risk abatement plans.Perform financial analysis, including preparation of project budgets.Execute and monitor the project to complete on schedule, within budget and to specification.Keep project stakeholders informed on project progress by timeous communication.Ensure effective cross -functional communication across Business Units and sub-contractors involved in the execution of the projectLocation: Madrid, Spain. WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
