As aProgram Manager, you will be responsible for leading various programs with different global cross functional teams focusing on launching new programs flawlessly in a timely manner with expected quality and profitability. What You Will Do Lead the Cross Functional Teams across a global organization (North America, Asia, and EU). Direct relation and management with OEM customers (BMW, VW Group, Ford, Stellantis, ...). Manage that the program tasks are completed properly and on time. Early risk identification and work on mitigation plans, problem solving and manage the escalation process of critical issues. Supervise and ensure that the program budget and profitability are kept as awarded or improved. Define the program timing and ensure that the program milestones are met on time including the program invoice. Challenge the program status looking for cost and timing improvements. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent Experience in project management. Fluency in English. High leadership and organizational skills. High communication skills and good teamwork player. Self-motivated and focused on results. Methodical and organized person. Problem-solving ability What Will Put You Ahead Fluency in German.
