Program Manager

You'll be working with the Program management team. In this role, you work as part of various cross-functional teams that own the strategic direction for individual products at exponent and deliver these products at scale. Our philosophy: Break. Responsibilities Formulating, organising and monitoring inter-connected Programs for new product development and introduction Planning and coordinating cross-project activities across stakeholders and departments Apply change, risk and resource management to meet organisation objectives Risk mitigation, monitoring and control, communication of impact across stakeholders The ideal candidate requires Experience with Program or Project management Ability to analyse and manage risks, identify and mitigate impact Impeccable communication skills Attention to detail and customer-first attitude What matters: The penchant for generating options and solving problems Empathy towards stakeholders A positive attitude Resilience to bounce back from failure About Us Exponent simplifies energy for EVs.
