Join our team in Madrid as a Project Coordinator(Industrial Project Logistics Division)!

Main responsibilities: To coordinate a seamless flow of cargo from the point of contractual origin to destination. Commercial and Technical offers preparation support;To ensure the implementation for all transportation and freight expenditure ahead of actual movements in accordance with the preset criteria;To implement working procedures alongside with IP's adopted shipping, consolidation and logistics strategy;To verify and evaluate the technical suitability of the proposed method of transport and, identify the Required-On-Site (ROS) date for the material and equipment released for shipment;To attend project progress meetings, meetings at Client's, the Seller's / Supplier's facilities when requested by the Project.Our expectations: 2+ years of experience inProject Logistics or FCL transportation;Experience with logistics operations management inOil&Gasindustry will be an advantage;Proven knowledge of freight forwarding industry;Knowledge ofProject Cargotransportation;Exceptional problem solving skills;Proactive approach;Ability to work both individually and in a team.We offer: Opportunity to develop and increase your knowledge due to work in a multicultural and dynamic environment;Salary: negotiable;Individual on-boarding plan and tutor;Professional development, challenging tasks.
