Project Coordinator - Mobile & Virtual Solutions

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Engineer to join our Mobile & Virtual Solutions team and play a key role supporting a major pharmaceutical client. In this role, you will leverage your project management expertise and scripting/automation skills to ensure project success and drive process efficiency. What You'll Do : Provide critical project management support. Coordinate and manage project tasks, ensuring they align with the client's goals, objectives, and timelines. Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including developers, designers, and client representatives. Support the development and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets. Track project progress and identify and mitigate potential risks. Assist in scripting and automation tasks as needed to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Utilize scripting tools like PowerShell and Ansible to automate repetitive tasks. Maintain clear and concise project documentation. Requirements Minimum 2 years of project management experience. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of MacOS/iOS/iPadOS. Some experience with scripting and automation tools (PowerShell, Ansible, etc.) Fluency in English and Spanish (both written and verbal) is required. A motivated and results-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn new technologies.
